About me
Kyla Foley Fields, BSW, is a social work advocate with the Immigrants’ & Language Rights Center at Indiana Legal Services where she serves primarily noncitizen survivors of crime, domestic violence, and other trauma. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2022 as a joint member of the John Wesley Honors College and Luther Lee Scholars Program. She is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor at the University of Dayton School of Law. Her published scholarship considers fairytales as intervention tools for survivors of childhood trauma. She is a superhero nerd, aspiring embroiderer, and cat mom of three.
