Claressa Patton is a motivational speaker and author. She released her fourth book, Life after Death: The Journey Continues. The book speaks of her journey through life after the homicides of her brother, Clarence Williams Jr. and husband, Jerome Patton in 2005. She is the founder of “Healing In Pieces” a workshop designed to help those who are grieving to put their lives back together one piece at a time. She released her 3rd. book, “Healing In Pieces” in January, 2024. She has been featured on radio and television shows. She is a Community Leader and speaks frequently about the effects of gun violence. She currently serves as the Lead Victim Advocate at the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office in the Major Felony/Homicide Division. If she is not in the court or in the pulpit, you can find her on the stage delivering comedy. Reverend Patton is a professional comedian affectionately known as CLARA-D.
